What differentiates OrangeHRM from other similar products?

OrangeHRM offers rich features and simple but effective UI at affordable cost. It covers a comprehensive range of HR functions, including personal information management, employee self-service, leave management, time and attendance, performance management, benefits and recruitment but the cost is comparatively lesser when compared to other HRMS

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple UI and flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's little challenging to implement and requires good amount of training from the implementation team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Assess your HR needs and customize it to fit your processes. Take time to get used to the capabilities of the tool and give enough training to the HR folks and people using it.

What differentiates OrangeHRM from other similar products?

We use OrangeHRM as a means of management and control of our human resources department, in addition to that we use it as a basis for the administration of benefits within the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a product with a fairly good ease of use, with little time of use you learn to handle it perfectly, this is largely thanks to its interface that is quite pleasant and intuitive for users. It has very good control and assistance management tools as well as a permit management tool with incredible performance. OrangeHRM is also excellent at keeping track of the different contracts we have within the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program works well up to a certain period of time, when the days tend to be longer than usual, it begins to generate failures in the product and it tends to freeze for long periods of time. In addition to this, the phenomenon of freezing sometimes occurs when opening two tools at the same time, which means that it is necessary to wait a reasonable time to be able to continue working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software cannot be considered as cheap software, however compared to other products in its area it has an incredible performance compared to its low cost. OrangeHRM is a product that is constantly evolving and due to this permanent development phase it usually falls into errors that are quickly solved in subsequent updates. The wide spectrum of tools that OrangeHRM has, added to its constant evolution, makes it a product to take into account within any organization.
