What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

Being able to implement and manage/execute on all the backend necessary to run a higher ed business model in an integrated setting from a single vendor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-Automatically handles cache invalidation so you don't have to think about it. Oracle has also been focusing on naming the big column names. If name is too strong, but the cap has now been raised before error occurs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-The split of CS and HR so soon after the merge, but I understand why it happened

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use product,fast and the best i would advise in all companies and organization not forgetting team projects too.
