Very friendly, easy to implement, good support from Oracle. It has all the modules to manage your business. They are well connected to give a good business value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization for your local needs no need to depend on SAAS vendors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maintenance is hard, you need to depend on DBAs, Network Team, Tech Support, Business Users; too many dependencies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a dedicated team/support, please go ahead and implement on-premise; I highly recommend to go for cloud based hosting of peoplesoft; to avoid dependencies from your local IT teams.
