What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

A consistent brand since 2001 for me starting at Chrysler, then Textron and DynCorp, quick help, no delays and friendly staff

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cost versus the capabilities it gives

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really can not think of any, much better than Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity and UKG

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

make sure you look at apples to apples, like Workday versus Peoplesoft, and not Paylocity to Peoplesoft, different products for different size company's

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

For workforce and payroll management Oracle PeopleSoft is the best software. In our company we were doing the things manually in third party tool however when we have peoplesoft our job get very easy and it really saves both our time and efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It really fits best in the oracle ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For now, it has all the required features and we have not encountered any difficulties yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone can go for this, it has lots of features that are easy to use and saves lots of time.
