What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

For workforce and payroll management Oracle PeopleSoft is the best software. In our company we were doing the things manually in third party tool however when we have peoplesoft our job get very easy and it really saves both our time and efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It really fits best in the oracle ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For now, it has all the required features and we have not encountered any difficulties yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone can go for this, it has lots of features that are easy to use and saves lots of time.

Oracle provide a lot more customization then other players in market. also decades of experience brings more trust.

its flexibility and customization, it fit well in the business process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is complex and become heavy to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

PeopleSoft is for complex, enterprise-scale organisations. as we used it earlier and sometimes using now but honestly I think we have a less team for it. we are just a start-up now most of the things we manage by our own.
