What differentiates Oracle E-Business Suite from other similar products?

Oracle E-Business Suite is an integrated solution for business applications which includes CRM, SCM, and ERP. It helps businesses to improve decision making by providing proper inputs, reduce cost and thus increase revenues and performance. Collaboration of multiple modules in a single product provides business with a easy way to work upon.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is very useful for organizations. One can have minimal downtime and online patching, which means the application will be patched online without any downtime. The Dasboard provides a great way to organize your application using Oracle E-Business Suite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is very reliable, secure and robust. The support is excellent. However having said that cost is on a higher side for the product license. Also customization is a bit cumbersome. Also GUI is not that user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would surely recommend others to use Oracle E-Business Suite.
