The capabilities provided by NetSuite for combining and reporting on several entities throughout numerous nations are quite extensive, very simple to use, and logical. The One world approach has a similar appearance to the NetSuite base model, which allows it much simpler to navigate around the sites than having to become used to a totally new system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the monitoring system's strength and how simple it is to incorporate finances. Another essential aspect for my use is the ability to follow inventories in real time. I appreciate using the text function to contact consumers because it compiles all the customer data into a somewhat user-friendly area. Without leaving the sales order screen or switching to another program, the customer can be contacted through text message with the click of a button.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like that NetSuite doesn't allow for drafts, has few options for report views, and doesn't allow for batch approval of sales orders and invoices, among other things. Additionally, you are unable to amend the invoices; a credit memo is your only option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Daily activities, reporting, client service, impromptu research in the middle of a conference, and anything else you can think of become automatic when you have secure, dependable, and greater accessibility to any business information, transactions, etc. that you may require in real-time. All of which may be managed through roles, dashboards, reporting, editing, and functionality that are customizable and are built on a clear permissions framework.

One of the characteristics I like best about the platform is that users may always open new tabs or windows to access other screens or views. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's critical that NetSuite provides robust reporting and search features. Another reason I appreciate it so much is the possibility of combining suite programs to increase capabilities, such as tax, warehouse management, application automation, etc. Another benefit is that you may access the cloud from any place and on any device, making it simple to access your data even if your connection is lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything that disturbs me about the platform, even though it doesn't seem very cutting-edge, and I am satisfied with the outcomes of any surgery I have used it for. You will be able to use numerous automation as soon as you get through the initial learning curve, which I found to be relatively short.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most powerful and adaptable system I've ever used for CRM is Oracle NetSuite CRM, which we utilize. We have been managing our accounts, contacts, opportunities, and clients using our CRM since the beginning. Because Oracle NetSuite CRM featured every feature we needed, it was the most excellent CRM we could find.

At the time we bought it there was nothing like it for small business. The landscape may. have changed but it met our needs(and then some).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This single platform covered all our business operations on a single platform plugging many gaps were data was lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is very little tailoring available in UX, forms, reports or even emails. Integration with other platforms tens to be difficult and expensive and extra modules are hugely expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do the deep dive. At the time I signed on there were really no options on the market at this price point hopefully that has changed in 15 years.
