It has the power to determine commission and bonuses received from various business transactions. My experience has been great and everything works positively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is great tool in categorizing and analyzing the flow of sales and achievement of each sales representative. It enhances timely payment of goods ans services. Each sales team member is awarded according to performance with the right commissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge while working with this tool. Our sales channels are running well without downtime.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Incentive Compensation has guided our planning in enhancing improved sales. As a company we have discovered new productive sales and marketing techniques.
