Ot doesn't always give the same experience a cross all modules, some features of the platform are more stronger than others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provide strong training to HR staff and employees so that adoption becomes smooth.

It's different because it combine the all HR need like payroll, talent, and employees management into one system and gives insights with analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that everything is in one place, from payroll to employee data, and the system is simple to manage with useful reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the system feels a bit complex, and it takes time to learn and set up properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be ready for a learning curve, but once you get used to it, it’s very effective.
