What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

Oracle Cloud HCM is by far one of the best integrated applications that we have used because it makes it seamless for us to be able to look at multiple analytics and be able to see benchmarks. Because of this, we will continue to use Oracle products to help our business be able to seamlessly manage itself instead of having to use multiple programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our company's favorite aspect of this product is being able to see numerous data items instead of having to use multiple programs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing most disliked about this is that we still have to train our new employees extensively who are not familiar with Oracle products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be aware of how much the product costs. Our company is a small one and we would not have been able to buy the product had it not been with us partnering with a large corporation and there are added fees with the more features that you add to it.
