It is SAAS so the administration on the IT side is very little. This means my team can focus on more important things that keeping a system running. Plus this means we don't have to worry about security or backup or uptime since Oracle takes care of it all. And also they will keep the system up to date with versions and patches which means that you are always up to date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may seem sluggish in response compared to an on-premise application but once people get used to it and see all the advantages the system has they will get used to it.
