What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

Most comfy working with this platform with simple tools and interface. It will manage many various matrices for the campaign with all information regarding customers. It’s improved the speed of the mailing system at a far better rate than different software. Eloqua allowed us to simply automatize our promoting communications to our purchasers and prospects. We were additionally able to read the analytics around engagement which was helpful as we were planning future campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked the flexibility to examine email sends and click opens. It boosted the boldness of our reps and allowed us to trace efficiently. Being able to show the reps in the sales force that marketing additionally sent emails and scores with chili peppers and stars was useful for them in follow-up. The upsides are that it empowers our sales reps to the micro marketplace for themselves, additionally to our macro marketing. Simple to administrate and teach marketing users how to use the platform. What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

It has a database of millions of customers, but it is a function that automatically guides customers to events. So far, we have been delivering dozens or hundreds of information per vendor. Increase solvable problems, concrete effects and customer contact activities for sales. and customer contact activities for sales. Free the business from the sales side by automatically delivering features, points and emails that contributed to problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It may be a good point, When you can create several databases, such as events and custom objects, in several places, so correct the query form that was created differently than yours. It is very popular for sales to be able to set up campaigns that until now could not be done and to be able to feed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you fix the database for each purpose, I think you can make it so that anyone can see it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Until now, business card data and other data were managed in a separate database and delivered via an email delivery system. This can now be done in series. As a result, the work of the person in charge has become considerably more efficient and the work time has been reduced by approximately 50%.
