What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

A one-stop-solution for all marketing automation requirements - create and manage campaigns, audience management, email automation, website integration, CRM integration and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Eloqua extensively for email marketing and nurturing campaigns. I find it really easy to create email templates using the custom template builder, with ease of integration the audience database is easily pumped into the Eloqua system and can be managed as segments and lastly the campaign workflow is really great with host of options to reach your target audience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The multi-platform approach for campaign execution, dashboard and analytics can be a bit frustrating. You have to work on multiple windows for analytics and campaign management. The inbuild performance analytics report are a bit complex and you might need to create your own manual report templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are ready to pay a primum for quality services and avoid the pain of replying on multiple platforms Eloqua is the right choice for you.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

Intuitive emailing scenarios make it much easier to prepare, execute and manage campaigns. It is easier to understand visually than it was a few years ago.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I realized that even in BtoB, good results could be achieved through proper customer management, email distribution and follow-up. We solved problems such as executing email campaigns for users who had been separated for some time and scored actions such as opening emails and clicking on event URLs. We could set appointments with high-scoring customers and efficiently create opportunities for business negotiations. Compilation of email features, points, scoring features, and actions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many functions. Reply to another email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Regarding marketing campaigns, the management itself is simple, and the CRM is tightly integrated, so I think there is less risk of sending errors. Previously we only checked users who clicked through after sending emails, but now we can qualify them and take practical approaches along with data such as website navigation.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, we can say that this is a very comprehensive email marketing generation solution and it has a versatile set of features that allow you to deliver targeted and coordinated marketing across multiple channels. So we can say that it is a very useful tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like best about this tool is that Eloqua offers many out-of-the-box features to help us automate our marketing journeys and generate quality leads through rigorous nurturing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my personal opinion we have not found anything wrong with this product, apart from the fact that the applications available in Eloqua make the integrations very simple. From what we can tell, we are very happy with these tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can recommend this tool because it all works without an army of developers having to create and connect the various components required for a successful multi-touch campaign.
