What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

The ease of use and how user friendly it is. I’ve not worked with other tools that are similar, but I’ve heard this feedback from others who have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Segmentation is much faster and easier than curating static lists.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to provide user feedback and have it be recognized or seen. There are some great feature requests/enhancements that have been in the Topliners community for years that have never been acknowledged or implemented.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can customize it to meet your needs. We use it for internal employee communications in addition to external marketing. Our company has 65,000+ employees across the globe, and Eloqua makes it very easy to communicate with specific populations or the entire enterprise.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

It's a bit more robust than your standard marketing automation software - lots of bells and whistles such as ai assisted segmentation. Plus solid analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the drip campaign customization - great for lead nurturing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is drab - there are platforms with much better UX/UI - once you know where things are, it's easy but the look and feel could be updated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thoroughly understand your needs and what you want to accomplish. Make sure to do your research.
