What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
1. Generating high quality leads through automated lead journeys. 2. Various customisation options available using CDO and Program canvas. 3. Native integration available with most of the apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Although, Eloqua is a great platform but still some great features are missing out from it which can make it a even better version considering its end to end functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have been using Eloqua as my primary tool for marketing automation. It serves all my requirements from email marketing to automating lead journeys and it also provides native integration to various apps. I would recommend this to anyone who want a complete enterprise tool for marketing automation needs in a mid to large size organisation.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
I can't see Eloqua differentiate that much from similar platforms. There are two parts though I would highlight, and that would be the segmentation part and their flow builder. Those two features were actually pretty impressive as they were flexible and got depths.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their flow builder, as you could create huge flows that intertwined with each other.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You are locked to e-mail only channel with Eloqua. If you want to implement social media and other channels to your marketing automation, you are needed to buy Oracle's other products - it is not integrated into Eloqua.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do a lot of comparisons with similar products as they might be a better choice. Especially as the support is far from satisfying and a personal Eloqua contact person is pretty much non existing.
