The AI-powered tagging and search features save time, and its clean UI is easy for non-tech users. However, it’s on the pricier side and has limited customization unless you use the API. Best suited for mid-to-large enterprises already using Optimizely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Optimizely DAM is its AI-powered tagging and smart search. It automatically adds relevant metadata to assets, which saves a ton of time and makes it super easy to find what you need—especially in large media libraries. It’s a real productivity booster for both IT and marketing teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Optimizely DAM is the limited customization options—especially if you're not deep into their API. For teams that need highly tailored workflows or UI tweaks, it can feel restrictive unless you're willing to invest extra time and resources into development.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
