What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?

Micro Focus GroupWise requires time to learn its features and different sort of apps so that person who uses the app first must need to get proper training and knowledge about their features to get used to them. Sometimes there are problems while working on the PC which affects our whole information and data. Sometimes running and synchronizing the emails is very complex and difficult. Micro Focus GroupWise needs to improve its speed on PC. There are some functionality concerns that need to be solved. Sometimes we get locked out and have to be refreshed back to get into which is frustrating.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Micro Focus GroupWise is a complete broad set of tools and the features for synchronization of our work from different companies and organizations. They help us to connect to the internal and the external servers according to our requirements. It allows complete and total management of our system and the tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very easy to use. It has a lot of nice features that you find with Outlook and even more than the general gmail. Sort and synchronize emails from a local and external server, each user works separately on a PC, and all users communicate within the system. Try several different options before making a final decision.
