What differentiates OpenText Content Manager from other similar products?

Unlike other tools we can mention that it is unique because the stability function is commendable. In addition to being quite easy to use, it examines the data very carefully and gives recommendations based on statistics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I love most about this tool is the business workflow skills and ability to support business processes in a positive way. In addition to that Content Manager also offers the function of taking advantage of rigorous, follow-up information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my very special opinion we ourselves have found this instrument quite useful for ourselves since with micro focus it can govern contacts and geographic data. The platform simplifies asset management and aligns content nicely, which is why we ourselves aren't quite comfortable with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons why we ourselves have the possibility of recommending this tool is because With micro focus it is quite easy to concentrate on the construction of content, since its transfer of information is quite automated and takes almost no time.

What differentiates OpenText Content Manager from other similar products?

The content management tools are simple to use and it is easy to work with application interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product has powerful security tools for protecting files from external interference. It provides faster networking infrastructure for transferring documents from one point to the other. The system sends alert to the receiver when a certain file is send.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not encountered any challenge that might affect operations in the company from all document transactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Document management processes with Micro Focus Content Manager is highly productive. We could not have managed files effectively without this software and I recommend it to other business enterprises.
