It still faces difficulties in accurately interpreting complex documents. There is a scope for improvement in accuracy and relevance when dealing with highly specialized or technical topics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it's a good product to go for but when it comes to a specific domain or include complex technical topics then the desired accuracy is affected.

OpenText AI and Analytics use advanced AI and NLP and then visualize the ingested data which makes it very useful and super easy to use for the user

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the easiness to Integrate and migrate data seamlessly across the enterprise is a big thing especially if you have client-oriented businesses, it can help a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the AI models are ready to use and prebuild I did not see any option to tinker the model which could have been a big thing as anyone can modify the model as per their needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

they are doing an awesome job so far. the development speed and feature management is also great only thing is if they can put some of the code in open repo like GitHub it would be easy to understand their way of thinking.
