What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

Onspring is like the Microsoft of GRC. You have to know what you're doing, but once you understand the logic behind it, it is very customizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to relate data between apps. That way, it's easy to have one source of truth, but still see how all data relates to each other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that reports can only be initiated from one app. Nested reports are possible, but the functionality of nested reports is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your System Administrators are properly trained. Attend all the formal trainings that Onspring offers. Also, invest in some end user training. If people don't know how to use it, you will not be getting your money's worth.
