What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

Onspring is totally customizable vs. the other products we considered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization feature is the best aspect about this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Onspring can perform other tasks other than for audit purposes, but we have found other best-of-breed vendors who provide a similar or better product for a lessor or reasonable cost. The asset management, policy management, and vendor management modules just aren't worth it for our bank at the level of cost we've been quoted. We use other vendors for those modules that provide exactly the same or better services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is nothing better for audit management given the level of customization that can be built into this tool and the reporting and dashboards keep you on track for monthly control testing, open audit projects, and open audit findings.
