What differentiates OnBase from other similar products?

Hyland OnBase is amazing - OnBase easily allows for the management of documents and content. Their product and their implementation of WorkFlow and WorkView for automating business process is the best I have seen. Everything is completely customizable. We have used Unity Forms and WorkFlow to automate multiple business processes. It is easy to use and configure and their training and support is fantastic. I highly recommend this product it has revolutionized our interactions with our users and allowed us to automate our internal processes both saving time and resources. The document management is the best and its the foundation of OnBase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that you can use OnBase WorkFlow and WorkView to build applications and manage documents and content together. This product allows for an endless amount of customization and can easily solve and automate any business process making the organization more efficient and cost effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this time it is a great product with endless possibilities and excellent customer service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with a vendor for initial implementation, keep an open mind and take advantage of the training and certification process as well as the premium subscription to fully take advantage of the features of the product and learn what it can do.
