What differentiates OnBase from other similar products?

One of the properties that has really impressed me about OnBase is its ability to automate processes. We have the possibility of assigning tasks, establishing workflows and automating data capture, which has streamlined several daily operations. Now we have the possibility to focus on tasks with higher added costs, instead of wasting time on manual and repetitive work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I love most about OnBase is the Anywhere, Anytime login feature. As many of us work remotely, it's important to be able to access relevant documents and files from any device. OnBase allows us to do this safely, which was a very positive change for the way we work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, in my experience, I have noticed that the learning curve could be a little steep for certain less technical users. Although the program is mostly intuitive, several more advanced features may require a little more time to master. That said, support accessories are always ready to help and resolve any questions that may arise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend OnBase to any company trying to find a complete document management solution. Its ability to adjust to different needs, along with its automation and simple joining capabilities, make it a powerful and versatile instrument. Additionally, the likelihood of login from anywhere makes OnBase an ideal program for organizations that work remotely or have distributed employees.
