Definitely, Notion AI is unique in terms of its integration into the notes processes, especially during virtual meetings. Rarely is there any software that can capture details of a discussion and/or create an outline together with grouping of related info. The software also lets you transfer notes from one platform to another in a blink of an eye, making sure that notes are always within reach. The presented feature for structuring notes based on AI is more advantageous and easier to use compared to previous techniques.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think running Notion AI during meetings is like having an assistant during the discussion. ​It surprises me how it makes collaboration easier that members can get to the notes with ease. It means that with all kinds of templates regarding the kind of meeting, such as a brainstorming session or a project update, one can be certain that the tool will be as per our wishes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One weakness that I identified is that during the meetings, Notion AI may sometimes incorrectly comprehend terms when summarizing meetings and produces little errors. Also, it would be even better if it could work offline for a person who lives in the region with an unstable Internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Writing notes during online meetings was such a task and a half in the past because, as often as not, I would lose track of what was being discussed while trying to take notes. However, Notion AI brought about a new dimension to the existing methods. It works like having a perfect team member who always wants to remind you of all important pending jobs. When I tasted it when attending a healthcare technology conference, I saw how much this would help free up time. This way, I didn’t have to take too much typing to make sure I could jump into the discussion, having my back covered by Notion AI.

What distinguishes Notion is that it combines documentation, project management, databases, and AI capabilities in a single platform that saves lots of time. During my internship, we used it to manage project documentation, automate workflows, track tasks, and store SOPs. Instead of switching between multiple tools, everything remained in a single workspace, making collaboration much easier. The AI features were also helpful for creating content, summarizing notes, and improving documentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the flexibility. We could create custom pages, databases, task boards, and documentation exactly as our team required.. The AI assistant also helped us summarize meeting notes and draft documentation, saving time on day-to-day tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notion's flexibility is one of its best strengths, but it can also be overwhelming for new users due to the numerous ways to organize information. Large workspaces can be challenging to manage without a consistent structure, and some advanced AI features require a paid subscription.

I would recommend creating a clear workspace structure before your team begins using it. Create templates for documentation, task tracking, and project updates so that everyone uses the same format. If your team manages multiple projects or relies on documentation, Notion adds significant value by keeping everything organized in one place and reducing the need to switch between applications. In nutshell this is best tool for notes, tasks and collaboration.
