What differentiates NinjaOne SaaS Backup from other similar products?

Ease of use and reputation of company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to offer email backup solution to our customer for a fair price.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Download times take a very long time, but to my understanding that's due to Microsoft's API limits.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Assign a manager to manage backups and license seat count. Or have clearly defined automation in place using Microsoft Security Groups.
