What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
The quantity of cloud storage provided by Nimble may be split into several cups under the same account. Nimble streamlines all of our work information and allows us to communicate with the rest of the team members in a much more direct manner. We utilize Nimble throughout the business to reach out to and capture new clients via email or social media, allowing us to stay in touch with them. Nimble allows us to gather vital and relevant information from new candidates via the networks in which they are involved, as well as to make direct contact with them. Excellent tool for saving time on things that we wish to complete.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a very modern CRM service that provides an overview of the entire sales process and workflow setup, allowing teams to stay connected to each other and to potential customers. Nimble helps you evaluate each interaction according to specific, fully customized criteria and helps you know if one of your customers is at a good commercial level. One of the main benefits of a company is that it attracts new potential customers to contribute to the goals of the organization. Significantly saves time to perform functions and productively streamlines all work processes. It has a good flow of communication between the customer and the seller.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tasks cannot be established based on work quotas that must be reached in order to proceed, not even in terms of information that must be communicated through a certain channel funnels or contacts that must be updated. The analytic system's capacity to produce papers in numerous forms must be improved; else, sharing and distributing information would be challenging. Because it is a very productive and vital instrument in an organization's operations, it also has an extraordinarily expensive cost, which precludes all firms from employing it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nimble benefits from its social network connection since it allows you to reach clients if you don't have any other contact information. We suggest it since we utilized it to collaborate with Twitter and the outcomes were quite beneficial. It is a wonderful alternative to integrate into an organization's operations. Because of its vital role of continually updating connections via social networks and emails, and gathering pertinent data to incorporate them into the organization's aims and operations.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
This software brings together all the important features of a complete crm. It makes sure that we are all up to date with the tasks and that we can execute them according to the project schedule. What I like is that I get all the information easily because it is a very intuitive and easy to navigate software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows you to integrate with other very important software to streamline the project, such as Gmail and even social networks, to have first hand comments and demands of our customers through various channels. All the functions it has for the creation of marketing projects are perfect and almost automatic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On some occasions I could feel the software heavy and some functions take time to open, slowing down the whole system. Notifications and reminders sometimes fail and it does not synchronize in real time, which delays the assigned tasks and the whole execution of the project, even, they are only arriving when I enter the software and not outside of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Nimble because it allows us to accomplish our activities in the department efficiently and smoothly. It is a tool that has many useful functions to achieve an effective marketing campaign and attract customers efficiently and organically.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
I have found this software to be quite useful, because unlike the rest of the crm's I have used, this one gives me the opportunity to be always in touch with customers from different social networks and other channels such as Gmail. You can upload files to have them in the system and many other functions that have made my work easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great synchronization and integration with the different channels; the fact that all the comments, emails and all the customer information arrives in one place seems great to me. The software is very intuitive and I was able to quickly take full advantage of all the features available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found it a bit difficult to enter the applications I wanted to link with the software, I needed time for this and instructions, which Nimble's technical support staff helped me to solve. Its mobile version is very poor compared to the web version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Undoubtedly this is the best tool to be closer to customers, to be able to meet their demands quickly and have organized in a single software all the information, database, suggestions and demands of all customers. By having more organization, I was able to improve my sales without a doubt.
