What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Very simple to use and relationship-based CRM software system that is very accepted by the employees of the organization. Its easy and increased integrations with alternative software are the simplest part. It conjointly integrates with Gmail, MS Outlook, and other social networks too. It’ useful for client history management and pursuit the inputs. It also helps in managing and watching the team performance and their activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nimble is straightforward to access; its interface is intuitive and very intuitive and very economical to find the tools. We work on email marketing, social media, and campaign observation projects regularly. It’s well known worldwide and contains a long track record. I really like that Nimble searches for social profiles after I add a brand new contact. It makes it really easy to keep up with their LinkedIn activity. I conjointly love the stay in reality feature that enables me to calendar contact points and not miss out on a attainable connection. And also the cluster email is awesome! This app is really easy to find out and implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven’t figured out a way to use the Lead pipeline so it displays on my home screen. We don’t really track lead opportunities most as project opportunities and I’d prefer to be ready to track those in Nimble so we will report to our customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For CRM management and records of consumers and even staff-related activities, this tool works sort of a charm. Its dashboard compiles every single piece of information which is employed for managerial decisions. It helps in pursuing the activities and managing the sales staff. Currently, we believe this service is essential for our sales department as it provides very solid and good results. Through Nimble, you can monitor all the details of your sales and leads. For many participants, applying the method is simple and partially trivial.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nimble is a potential tool that every marketing or sales professional would like to have, the service stands out for having a very high capacity to acquire and process data from various sources; its interface is highly customizable, its tracking function is easy to use; and the tool allows access to contacts via emails. This system has the distinct feature of seamlessly integrating with multiple social networks and allowing you to engage with your connections through them. I applaud your enthusiasm to engage with social media and your ability to stay in contact with customers and prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application's functionality is really sluggish, which makes us uncomfortable and prevents us from working efficiently. I've also noticed that its pricing is extremely high in comparison to other choices, which, in general, limits many individuals. Nimble loses the ability to track sales opportunities and look for possible leads. We may be unable to construct the databases, particularly for the highly educated consumer retail project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is used by our marketing department to look for chances with potential clients. This software helps maintain interaction and establish proper communication between merchants and buyers. It has many interesting and informative widgets like B. Meeting description and time, and contact details that you can conveniently manage. It has its own options and is highly compatible with multiple email accounts. This is very important. You can link your company to people in a single database and use that database as a dashboard tool for communication. And a calendar. You can save your search for reuse. This is ideal for segment communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The basic structure and design are unsatisfactory and there is always ambiguity when it comes to tools. Navigation may not work and synchronization with the contact log may be interrupted. Task and tracking details may disappear, making it difficult to import lists of all kinds. Mobile applications aren't as good as some of us expect. It is highly recommended to improve it so that it works effectively from your mobile phone. If not, it seems to be a good CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a fantastic solution, and I highly suggest it to freelancers and corporations. It is inexpensive, and it can instantly link all of your contacts from your email account. It also provides free training videos, making it simple to understand. And if you run a small business and are searching for a CRM on a budget, Nimble can meet your needs without breaking the bank; it's incredibly user-friendly.
