What differentiates Nagios XI from other similar products?

Nagios XI has a quick realtime capability in reporting on issues. Before an issue escalates, Nagios XI would have already detected, espercially when the configuration is done right.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it realtime ability to report on issues before our customers will even start complaining. This tool has been useful for of Bank Mobile App journey

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the application error notifications do not make sense.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a cool tool to have for applications monitoring.

Implementation with puppet could be better
