What differentiates Mixmax from other similar products?
Mixmax 's calendar availability and invite system is the best i've seen. Most competing products make you click through a link and book appointments on a separate landing page. I love that MixMax allows you to book meetings directly in the email. Huge time saver.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the return to inbox feature. This allows me to quickly clear my inbox, but have the email reappear at a date/ time when I need to revisit the material.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would really love to see more direct integrations and integrations with other automation platforms besides Zapier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have a very generous free plan. Its worth implementing if you want to MixMax out.

What differentiates Mixmax from other similar products?
The businesses can analyze through the Email tracking tools that which email works more better for their marketing and sales campaigns. This software lets the user send a personalize email using the Salesforce leads or Google Directory Contact with the personalization’s fields. The email personalization increases the reachability of the sales campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mixmax is known for its sales email tracking feature. This program has an excellent calendar management and its great UI makes it easy to use. Its more discussed feature is the Reminder feature that helps the users to re-form their items(e.g.: the user can set a reminder mentioning date and time to reply the received mail. One of its advantage is the contact management features. The software has an email integration (internal and external). Active support team is also an advantage for the vendor. It gas the feature that allows different type of media insertion like poll, video, links and maps.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The layout of the software is buggy. Mixmax features are more related to the salesforces customer which makes the whole program enterprises and Salesforce centric. Integration with Sales Navigator of Linkedin would have brought an easy transition for the Mixmax .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion the companies looking for the ways to outrage their sales engagement can rely on this software .
