What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It saves us a lot of time and gives a complete and deep overview. Miro replaces mails and chat logs by allowing us to see the detailed image of our tasks and then zoom in when we need to learn more deeply. There are plenty of features to work on the board, including texts, documents, photos, videos, schematic capture, post-it notation, and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we implement this and start using it we have spent a lot of time trying to find out how to use it rather than really cooperating because the controls are confusing and the interface is awful, especially for the new users. While it has a lot of features, it tries to mimic physical tools like a whiteboard but there is still a need to improve in various areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I prefer and like it because of its simple design and may still have so many useful functions. Overall, it is a really fantastic solution. It allows teams to move ideas around in different ways, resulting in some fascinating new discoveries. It comes highly recommended.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro handles all of my visual demands; I am a highly graphic person who requires diagrams, flowcharts, and so on, and we did not have a solution to keep everything organized and easily available. My major application is for my retrospectives; it works brilliantly since it makes them more active and participatory. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how Miro offers a lot of well-organized and properly thought-out templates. I also like how the templates are collaborative, so that the community may add to the template library. So I also like the UI; it's simple to use, pleasant, and allows you to simply prevent or reverse mistakes. Miro has made it incredibly easy for me to build and manage compelling design sprints that help convey ideas like design thinking and OKRs to my coworkers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd want fewer pop-ups and perhaps more useful and easy-to-read alerts. I'd like to be able to make additional changes to the templates. I don't always want all of the template's elements, and I have a hard time unlinking them. While I enjoy the range of tools, templates, and endless possibilities that the infinite canvas provides, as well as the opportunity to work creatively in real time with my colleagues, I've encountered serious technical troubles with the video chat option. My video connection frequently drifts in and out of sync. I may not recognize it at this moment, but my team colleagues are unable to hear me, and having to refresh

It is extremely simple to use and a safe idea management solution. There is no learning curve because it is easy to use as a collaboration, idea management, project management, and whiteboard tool. Its online whiteboard is simple to set up and incorporate into existing workflows, as well as enroll new members. This is also a single unified place for all our data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can only be used with a trackpad, but still, you get the feeling that the controls are clumsy and slow. Aside from that, the page editing process is complex, and the options are perplexing. Aside from this, there is nothing I dislike about the system; it is incredibly useful, and I enjoy using it.

My whole experience has been fantastic, with free movement and the feeling of downloading and remembering what we choose to remember.
