What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

I fancy how I can maintain data on the dashboard. The dashboard offers a wonderful insight and simplifies team projects. Sticky notes and frames may also be useful. What I appreciate best concerning Miro is how easy it’s to use; anyone can join in and start working right away. Working in a worldwide team permits us to collaborate and take up where we left off. I started utilizing it to collect notes and materials to present with my bosses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s a cooperative tool that enables me to figure in an exceedingly visual format. I’m not joking once I say i use it daily, and often for hours every day. It’s that integral to my work and how I work with my colleagues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Text boxes might solely contain a particular quantity of text. Generally over bullet points are required, and it’d be ideal if the text box could carry a full A4 page of content, because active boards are restricted it’s troublesome to use obsolete boards, I dislike however when I move a bunch of sticky notes, every note seems in the history. I think it should be something like a group relocated and then you must be ready to view the group.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Miro could be a handy tool to have, particularly if your firm operates across several locations and time zones, Miro works well in tandem with Zoom creating online group work a lot easier, once you don’t have an order yet, templates are a wonderful approach to rearrange information.

Popular and most powerful idea management tool

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro is an awesome idea management system that has a lot of features, which range from sticky notes to emotions, allowing us to be more innovative and boost our ideas. Now we can easily share, modify, and boost our ideas, we can discuss them with our members, and work on them collaboratively with our team online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to make sticky notes is awesome. It turns a job into joyful work and it becomes more enjoyable because we can customize them. Sticky notes can be easily customized with tags and emoticons, as well as hues and clustering. When we become ready to put our ideas into practice, we can easily convert our sticky notes into cards and upload them to Miro Kanban.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Miro is superior and powerful yet with very few flaws. My sole constructive criticism is that they should improve the image exporting and image/PDF converting capabilities as well as the backup/restoration capability needs to improve. Furthermore, the usual sticky note size is inconvenient. Whenever we need to send an email, it can be a bit of a pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Miro is the only one idea management tool that allows its users to be more creative and boost their ideas. Using its straightforward controls and shortcuts, users can quickly create their first node and build branches: modify the color of their maps, connect chains, shift and reassign nodes; everything is quick and easy to do.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro is a fully useable, sharable collaborative effort device. However, it suffers from client and authorization concerns, making it challenging to utilise for a large enterprise. Miro is excellent for team communication, and it allows us to skip the preliminary processes in brainstorming and planning meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro is powerful online collaboration and remote work application. There are several things that you can do together with it. For example, you can collaborate on designing mind maps, creating processes, planning customer journeys and roadmaps, or taking notes about how you would like to organise them. Miro has played an essential role in my team's work and growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An overwhelming collection of features when contacting Miro for the first few sessions- License model that makes it difficult to let externals hold workshops without gaining access to the team's information Apps and the firms that provide them are not transparent. It is hard to figure out who provides them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface is one of the best available, giving the impression of a true virtual whiteboard. Miro is very straightforward to pick up and use once users are in, which is critical for a collaboration tool used by staff with varying degrees of technical experience.
