Usability in general for the canvas. It feels clunky and unintuitive.

Look at Figjam instead

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

What sets it apart from competing tools is its ease of use, speed, and simplicity in creating flowcharts, brainstorming, and team collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To help me organize my ideas and come up with new ones, I use Miro quite often. Lots of great alternatives exist, and they're all simple to use and share with coworkers. The ability to follow someone's cursor to see where they are presenting makes collaboration a breeze, even with a bigger group of individuals. There haven't been any problems for me to need customer service for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You may feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of features and apps at your fingertips. If it doesn't have the essential features, I don't see the point in having it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Due to the exceptional quality of the customer assistance, I strongly suggest the program. I like how simple it is to utilize the application.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

In addition to offering a wide range of widgets and tools that support visual thinking, communication and collaboration, Miro gives us a creative approach to expressing ideas and points of view. Its excellent templates also make it possible for any beginner to start and maintain productive meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro has proven to be a very important tool for our team in taking a requirement or idea through the cycle of brainstorming, planning, design and development. It has a whiteboard with all the functions. And the ability to create mind maps, workflows and other features drives our revenue and growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I haven't discovered any drawbacks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable collaborative platform for their team or business. It makes it easy to share ideas and work together to find solutions.
