What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how interactive the learning experience is. Training modules are easy to follow, and the reporting makes it simple to see who has completed training and where additional coaching may be needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some areas of the interface can feel a little crowded, and creating customized learning paths takes more time than expected. Performance can also slow slightly when working with larger content libraries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization values structured onboarding and continuous learning, Mindtickle is a solid choice. Plan your learning content carefully before rolling it out, and take advantage of the analytics to improve training over time.

What differentiates Mindtickle from other similar products?

This isn't like most training tools that are a dumping ground of slide decks and mundane video training, everything in here is organized into distinct milestones so you can clearly see which product knowledge or sales play you should learn to hit your retention and expansion numbers next.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly like the small bite sized mobile learning modules; my days as an Account Manager are very client focused, but in the 5-10 minutes that I may have in between client calls I'm able to grab 5 to 10 minutes to update myself on product launches and feature updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Those automated reminder emails are quite aggressive. You’re already slammed and rushing to close important client renewals in a given quarter, but having constant alerts to finish required training or compliance modules just adds to the noise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest you have realistic training plan deadlines from your management. Training plans are best to be introduced incrementally by means of the alignment module and to roll out four hours of training to your account managers right on time before the launch of the product.

What differentiates Mindtickle from other similar products?

Mindtickle is good. I work very well on it, and visually, it is very friendly and very easy to explore. I like the fact that all the information and training we need to do is in the same platform, and it is very easy to give continuity on the training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very much helpful to use Mindtickle as an one stop website. I really appreciate how seamless it is to use and helps in enabling us to increase the level of acquired knowledge and develop our skills in a scientific way and with clear chronology.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything that I like least about Mindtickle. It's a great platform for training.

Powerful, excellent and robust tool for training all groups.
