What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video/Audio colaboration is such a good feature in it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be tricky to set up and may need training, especially for smaller practices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to ensure if you have IT support for setup and to train your team to use it well
