What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365. It makes document collaboration, sharing, version control, and access management easy while allowing teams to work together efficiently within familiar Microsoft tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback is that SharePoint can be complex to configure and manage. Its extensive customization options and permissions model can also have a steep learning curve, especially for new users and administrators.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend SharePoint for organizations already using Microsoft 365. Start with clear governance and permission structures, then gradually customize it to your business needs. Invest in user training to maximize adoption and avoid unnecessary complexity.

Centralized document storage and organization. Real-time collaboration and co-authoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface can sometimes feel complex, especially for new users. Managing permissions and access rights can be cumbersome. Search results are not always as relevant as expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate how closely your organization already uses Microsoft 365, since SharePoint's value often increases when used with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office apps. Plan your site structure, permissions, and document organization before large-scale deployment. Establish governance and metadata standards early to keep content manageable as it grows.
