What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides a great plaform for ease of collaboration across teams within an organisation. as it works well with other Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, making it easy to share and manage files across an organization
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Microsoft SharePoint is that it can be confusing for new users. The interfarce can seem too complex, especially when setting up sites or managing permissions. A simpler layout and clearer guidance would make it easier for everyone to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend before using the tool make use of microsoft sharepoint tutorials to help with navigation and get the most out of the features. Take time to learn how permissions and folders work. It’s great for teams already using Microsoft 365, but it helps to plan your structure ahead so things stay organized.
