What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

The tool is secure, easy to access and easily integrated with other tools for a better experience. Collaborating on documents is easy with real time updates on change.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharepoint is rich in features and is easy to use. The tool is not only secure, but also comes with ample storage Accessing documents as well as collaboration is straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Never had negative experiences with Microsoft Sharepoint. It is amazing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need an effective document management system that is secure and easy to collaborate with, Microsoft Sharepoint is what you need.

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

One of the points that differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from similar products is its powerful workflow engine, being able to manage different types of tasks based on the type of user and based on this, execute the tasks in an optimized way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of creating, administering and managing content for a company is quite remarkable, in addition to providing a number of tools which are very intuitive for users to easily access that information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Actually there is not a point that I dislike about the product but there are details to take into account such as the IT requirements necessary for the implementation of the platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Basically, the tool has a wide range of functions which lead to effective business solutions, by integrating with the different applications of the Office 365 suite, it offers an almost unlimited catalog of options. I particularly recommend the creation of well-defined and structured access policies regarding the information to be shared with the different collaborators and based on this define the permissions that each role requires, this in order to regulate and limit access to certain content.
