What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

Very easy to maintain and use. Great support from microsoft , it's come as budle with other microsoft products and save a lot of cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing file or document with teams and real time update. No need to keep multiple copy. Used as knowledge repository

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime security feature lock the file and file become inaccessible. Fixing get time based on what kind of support you have from MS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very good product for managing knowledge base as well team can share their data among themselves. Its save lot of time and manual effort. I good product to have but not mandatory. Also depends on organisation size and requirement.
