What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, we can say that it is a very powerful tool that allows you to securely have information and manage it from anywhere in the world, in addition to being a good document manager.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that it is very versatile in managing information in work teams, in addition to the fact that it is easy and simple to manage and that it integrates with all other Microsoft tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From my particular point of view, I can say that this product has no flaws, rather we can say that it is a great product that allows us to do all our work more comfortably.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons why we can recommend this tool is because you can create sites associated with a department, as well as being able to share documents and work with multiple people on a document without having to save multiple copies.

What differentiates the tool among its competitors its how it is easy to use and implement and how simple it is. The tool also comes loaded with a number of quality features which means the tool will offer and deliver what was promised.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What's good with the tool is the document access security level. Here you are able to assign s document security level which means the information can only be accessed or read by those whom are authorized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far no challenge experienced during the usage

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

When your business document are shared online sometimes you don't have the control of who gets the information but thanks to Microsoft Sharepoint you are able to document and business information in different privacy level. Without the authentication you can not be able to read or access the information in the document. You are also able to keep the audit trail of the document making sure you know when the document is leaked and by who.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to have different level of security and privacy access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The operability of the tool is excellent, no drawbacks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the tool its a real definition when it comes to document security.
