What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

SharePoint allows users to collect and publish data that is stored on the portal and accessible by the relevant organization. Depending upon the SharePoint installation, data can be published and pulled from the various sources, including the Excel, OneNote, and Microsoft SQL Server. This optimises the business process by ensuring the necessary information that the user wants.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We can create custom security roles and easily integrate workflows , canvas applications and we can use js lib as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document library.: We can easily build a file server system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None I can say but if we can versions changes for list and documents that would be great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are dealing more files and data which we needs to share across your organization with less work force go for it.
