Real-time collaboration, private folder creation, and controlled access to documents are key features that enhance our daily operations. It addresses specific business problems related to document access control and collaboration at different levels and types.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An area of concern is the inconsistency in file syncing, with variations noted between users and occasional instability
