One of the most important strengths, in addition to its wide use worldwide, is the integration that Sharepoint has with the entire range of Microsoft products, additionally, with third parties that have adhered to this global standard for more than 20 years. On the other hand, another of its greatest strengths is the extensive machinery that supports the platform, made up of trained personnel ready to generate value in customer processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspects that I consider most interesting are the ability to work with several users on a common document and be able to visualize those changes as they occur, additionally, the simplicity with which we can share files between users of the organization, as well as the opportunity to send content to customers and suppliers. On the other hand, the collaborative environment is practical, and we can be in contact with other users with whom we work on the same project. Because Sharepoint is part of the Office 365 suite, in the premium plan, its adoption is much simpler than other tools dedicated to electronic document management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no doubt that Sharepoint generates value for the organization, however, the costs of use in medium-sized companies may be a bit high, which does not make it sustainable in some cases for long periods. On the other hand, I consider that customization at the end-user level could have more options, which would increase usability and a distinctive look and feel based on the user's tastes.
