SharePoint does more than just share files. It's like a toolbox for working together online, managing documents, and automating tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that several people can work on a document at the same time and see the changes right away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up and customising SharePoint can be tricky at first. New users might find it confusing at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SharePoint is powerful, but it's not for everyone. Think about how your team works and their computer skills before getting it. Training helps get the most out of it.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We internally create intranet websites, where we can provide access/remove access/grant permissions to folders...etc We integrated all the Microsoft tools inside Sharepoint and also applied group policies. This product definitly is well ahead of the competition and we are using it since 2020.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Granting access to specific IT groups through Sharepoint Administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I see everything is smooth since we are using this over Web, so no complaints on this one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Continue to improve the application and bring the application version for this product if not already avaialble.
