Microsoft SharePoint is allowed to store a data in a very secure way, and we can manage the access to it based on the group access management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we can store enterprise important project data in that so team can access it which are quite secret, so SharePoint provides the best security to it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

amazing product always recommended if you want to store your company documentation and want to share with your project team as per requirement you can manage access.

Definitely the intranets and the Team sites.

Takes a bit of time to learn and navigate through most of the features to get the best out of it.

Invest in proper user training to ensure users are familiar with the various aspects of the product.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

sharepoint has an edge over the others because of its full integration with the power platform.. it is perfect because you can create custom applications and workflows on your data libraries. (now) most other storage solutions involve third(3rd)-party integrations sharepoint does it all. it is a highly versatile form of software that can be used to invent customer solutions to specific business problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i like that i can add custom columns to my files, e.g. “project status” and “due date”. this makes it far easier to organize and access a large library of documents. the coauthoring functions correctly on the web browser version of word and excel. i also like the "check-in" and "check-out" feature when i need to insure no one else touches a file while i'm working on a big update. it’s a very robust and reliable system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the email search results can be overwhelming at times. it searches everything from chat logs to e-mails and becomes very difficult to find the actual file you were lookign for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you have any big plans other than just storing and archiving files and would like to develop that smart digital office, it'll be the bito sharepoint.
