What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft SharePoint provides a clear view about history of shared document and alerts when someone sees, deletes or edit any document in real time, which other tools don't have with such accuracy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with other Microsoft tools like outlook, word, calendar and OneDrive etc. is the my favorite and most important feature of Microsoft SharePoint.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface is bit complicated in mobile devices as compared to laptop and web browser applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is well suited for the businesses and organizations whose documents and reports are largely shared across teams and managed collaboratively.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Best document collaboration tool and it comes up with lot of features such as access management and search capabilities and content management with metadata management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management with metadata and search capabilities and customization is just brilliant.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't see much dislikes of this product but somewhere you can see SharePoint limitations in customization of features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes i definitily recommended this product for content management system with lots of features such as approval and metadata management.

The tool is very resourceful and integration with other tools is seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool offers many features and it is very capable as a content manager It is easy to use, very secure, and deployment is easy Customizing is effortless

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had downsides using this tool. It is a perfect tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Sharepoint works wonders at is very strong. It easily integrates with other MS tools. I recommend it to other businesses
