Best document collaboration tool and it comes up with lot of features such as access management and search capabilities and content management with metadata management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management with metadata and search capabilities and customization is just brilliant.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't see much dislikes of this product but somewhere you can see SharePoint limitations in customization of features

Yes i definitily recommended this product for content management system with lots of features such as approval and metadata management.

The tool is very resourceful and integration with other tools is seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool offers many features and it is very capable as a content manager It is easy to use, very secure, and deployment is easy Customizing is effortless

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had downsides using this tool. It is a perfect tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Sharepoint works wonders at is very strong. It easily integrates with other MS tools. I recommend it to other businesses

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

One of the points that differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from similar products is its powerful workflow engine, being able to manage different types of tasks based on the type of user and based on this, execute the tasks in an optimized way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of creating, administering and managing content for a company is quite remarkable, in addition to providing a number of tools which are very intuitive for users to easily access that information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Actually there is not a point that I dislike about the product but there are details to take into account such as the IT requirements necessary for the implementation of the platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Basically, the tool has a wide range of functions which lead to effective business solutions, by integrating with the different applications of the Office 365 suite, it offers an almost unlimited catalog of options. I particularly recommend the creation of well-defined and structured access policies regarding the information to be shared with the different collaborators and based on this define the permissions that each role requires, this in order to regulate and limit access to certain content.
