It provided extensive range of features .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Well, it provides the base for various types of enterprise solutions, including portals, intranets, collaborative workspaces, and many more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No doubt, SharePoint is the best intranet platform and serves as an umbrella for inter-departmental collaboration and different processes. The platform offers a wide variety of features, but it is reported that SharePoint is hard to maintain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The pricing of SharePoint depends on the chosen model: subscription, on-premise, or hybrid. With its pricing being flexible, the cost is still an obstacle for many companies.

Redundant, buggy, and contrarian

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
The lack of extensive features, a completely useless user interface, and a process map so terrifying for new employees it's like they're being asked to do their jobs in Mandarin. I could not more strongly disapprove of a software product if it became sentient and kidnapped my children.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I get to close it out at the end of every session to give myself a break from its soul-crushing fecundity. Whomever remembered to leave the "off" button deserves a Nobel prize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As detailed above, it's essentially everything: the user interface, the training and help system, the lack of features, and the inaccessibility to new users. It's essentially a time and money sink on the scale of a luxury yacht.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just, for the love of everything you hold holy, stay away. Use pen and paper, use an abacus, use literally anything else. It will haunt your nightmares.
