What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft SharePoint is wonderful product for document sharing and the most advanced E-signature function for documents makes the sharing process reliable and secure as compared to other solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The audit trail function for the data shared over platform is the great feature of MS Sharepoint. It is great product for collaborative working and connects the dots well among the people working on an assigned project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile version need to be improved for better user experience and ease of usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has great features to enhance overall productivity and would be highly beneficial for anyone considering this product.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft Sharepoint is very easy to use. It comes with the power of Microsoft so no need to worry. It provides very high security & privacy to documents because nobody can access with permission.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As an MNC employee I know the its true value because while working remotely sometimes it becomes very difficult to share very large files size of 1 gb or more to international clients via email, here sharepoint comes in picture now I just need to upload required file on Sharepoint and sharepoint will create a link of it now I can share this link to clients and most important part is that It cant be accessed by any person the person who has permission can only access this file so no need to worry about privacy. It is very secure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes regarding Microsoft Sharepoint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sharepoint is very highly recommended for document sharing needs.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Integration with O365 tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms and Power BI and it serves as the foundation for document storing and sharing especially if its central to the aformentioned apps. It can feel like and end to end application with storage when used with other O365 tools.Information rights management. I can see who is sharing a folder and can invite participants, especially externals yet keeping it safe and secure within my organisation with the rights that we set.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The intergration with O365 applications, especially the Sharepoint Online version which bodes well with the Microsoft Suite
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I have too many files and documents thats not organised in a structure way makes it difficult to find them, espcially when searching for this will bring back matches from enitre site so the narrowing down to the document you are after is laborious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Having moved away from Documentum to Sharepoint and to now the Sharepoint Online version is a big leap for us as an organisation. If you are a Microsoft user, then this is the best thing as the integration is seemless with O365. The information security applied to sites and pages is perfect for confidentiality of contents
