What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We greatly rely on MS SharePoint for collaboration and thereby leading to improved productivity. It is a centralized data base where we can access all sorts of information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have really taken advantage of the features it offers. It is the best content management too I have encountered and can smoothly connect to all our office products. Its data governance security needs minimal efforts to manage

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very easy to delete document s on MS SharePoint. So the cases of entry level staff accidentally deleting documents are very high. It should have an option where we can lock the documents to minimize such incidents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint provides a centralized space for sharing documents and files with everyone in the organization.
