Its deep integration with Microsoft 365, strong security, and ability to create custom intranet sites make it far more versatile than typical cloud storage or document-sharing tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft SharePoint is how easy it makes document sharing and collaboration. Having version control, permissions, and integration with Microsoft 365 apps in one place really streamlines teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft SharePoint is that it can feel complex and overwhelming for new users. Setting up sites and managing permissions requires some training, which may be challenging for non-technical teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
